Grief and men’s issues are central to my practice. I also help with relationship concerns, anxiety, trauma, and burnout, and offer couples counseling, LGBTQ+ affirming support, and space for faith concerns or church hurt. Executive coaching focuses on leadership, values, and sustainable work. We’ll discuss your needs and whether the service is a good fit.

Request a free 15-minute consultation through the Contact page or email me directly. We’ll discuss what brings you in, current availability, and whether we’re a good fit. You don’t need a polished explanation or a diagnosis to start. If we decide to work together, I’ll send the appropriate onboarding steps, including my direct Headway link where applicable.

Men’s mental health and fatherhood are central focuses, and grief work spans every kind of person and life stage. LGBTQ+ affirming care is part of how I work with identity, relationships, loss, and change.

My style is warm, collaborative, direct, and trauma-informed. CBT helps us identify patterns and practice different responses. ACT helps us make room for experiences we cannot undo, connect with our values, and commit to a path forward. Motivational interviewing helps us explore ambivalence and find your own reasons for change. Couples work also draws on a Gottman-informed approach to communication, repair, and connection. We’ll adapt the work to your goals and pace.
